Button! Button! Who's Got the Button!?

I need buttons!!

If you read my posted yesterday, you know I'm knitting myself a sweater. It's my Victor Victoria sweater from Knitty Fall 2010. I'm using Caron's Simply Soft in Ocean  which is sort of a teal blue. My sweater needs 3/4" buttons. So today, I ran to Jo-Ann's with my 20%-off coupon. OMG! Who know I would be stumped. There are TOO many choices. I can't decide!! Each button is great and changes the sweater. HELP!

You know that buttons can make or break an sweater. I know y'all have opinions so I'm setting up a vote to see which buttons I should use. (Click on the picture to enlarge and scroll through them.)

Here's what I found...

#1 is a brushed silver plump button with a center dimple. It has a back post.

#2 is wooden with light blue, peach and light green flowers. It's a 1-inch button rather than the required 3/4-inch.

#3 is a simple brass button with a larger center hole. The post is recessed and protrudes in the back.

#4 was hard to photograph. It's not mother of pearl but resembles it. It has orange, perfect blue and maybe hints of turquoise.

#5 reminds me of a silver washer. Simple.

#6 is a larger red button with blue/navy streaks and flecks of white and off green.

So there you have it. See what I mean!! Each button has a great affect on the sweater. The blue was really hard to capture in the picture. The light (even under the Ott Light) kept changing the blue.

Please vote for your favorite. The voting buttons is at the top of the blog.

I can't wait to see what you think.
